Chief Operating Officer

During Calderon's tenure as Chief Operating Officer the company added six properties, including two Mobil 5 Star hotels and Michelin 1 Star restaurant. The company's market valuation increased three-fold during this period. Auberge Resorts operates iconic and luxurious hotels and resorts in the most sought-after beach, ski, and leisure destinations.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Ty Warner Hotels & Resorts, a collection of iconic branded luxury hotels, resorts, and golf clubs, Eric's responsibilities included asset management of hotel brands including Four Seasons and Rosewood, achieving the highest RevPAR and profit margins in their respective markets.

Vice President & General Manager

Eric served as founding General Manager of The Little Nell, spearheading the pre-opening branding, marketing, design, and operational execution of what quickly became one of the best-known luxury ski resorts in the world. During his tenure, the property achieved record RevPAR, occupancy levels and Mobil 5 Star recognition.

As Vice President and senior officer of the Aspen Skiing Company, Eric developed the Aspen Mountain Club, an exclusive mountain top membership club widely acclaimed as Aspen's ultimate private hideaway.  Eric also directed operations at the Snowmass Lodge & Club and the Aspen Institute's Meadows Conference Center.
